4. General Motors Building
The General Motors building is a 50-story office tower (roughly 705 ft high) on 767 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, New York. In 1998, Trump, with the help of Conseco, bought out the building for $800 million. The building is known to be one of New York City’s trophies — it is as large as an entire city block with more than 1.9 million square feet of office space. As of today, the building is worth $3.4 billion.
