A lot of the bad decisions on season 8 seemed to have been made by Danaerys. Does she let the Unsullied, Dothraki and Northerners rest just after they finish defeating the White Walkers? No! The queen orders them to immediately march south and the troops have no other options other than to oblige their queen.
