It’s a good idea to try and make a list when it comes to duties at home for the whole family, but don’t be afraid to ask for help. Deciding on a time when everyone puts down their work and studies each day is also important – make sure you have time to rest and recharge, just like you used to!

Other non-profit organizations providing humanitarian aid might need help now, more than ever. Just make sure you’re healthy enough to participate!
